Pre- and post-operative bans

Try not to eat or drink anything for 6 hours before the operation. Once your surgery date has been determined, do not smoke for two weeks before surgery. You should also not smoke for two weeks after surgery. Do not drink alcohol for a week before surgery. On the day of surgery, your face should be free of any makeup. It is also best not to have contact lenses in your eyes.
