TERMS OF SERVICES

Ermateb goes beyond mere recommendations by carefully selecting accredited surgeons and practitioners known for their expertise in specific medical procedures.

2. Clinic and Hospital Options:

Clients are presented with a diverse array of world-class clinics and hospitals, each meticulously vetted to meet stringent quality standars.

3. Medical Record Transmission:

Ermateb streamlines the process by facilitating the secure transmission of medical records to the selected healthcare facility. This allows for expert treatment advice based on a thorough understanding of the patient’s medical history.

4. Visa Application Assistance:

Recognizing the complexities of international travel, Ermateb takes charge of the Visa Authorization Code application process upon the client’s request.

5. Travel Agreements:

Ermateb extends its support to clients by assisting in organizing their trips to Iran. This includes booking flights, accommodation, and arranging transfers to ensure a seamless experience.

6. Airport Reception and Support:

Clients are received at the airport and provided with continuous assistance throughout their stay in Iran.

7. Language Interpreter Services :

Ermateb offers language interpreter services to bridge communication gaps, ensuring clients can effectively communicate with healthcare providers.

8. Recuperation Planning:

Ermateb doesn’t just focus on the medical aspects; it also helps clients plan their recuperation trips post-treatment, allowing them to explore Iran as tourists.

Treatment Packages:

1. Individual Adult Packages:

All treatment packaged are designed for individual adults and cannot be combined or altered with other promotions or offers. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Quotation Validity

After initial pre-treatment consultation and evaluation of medical records, Ermateb providers a quotation valid for 60 days. If a deposit is received, the quote is locked for six months. Any unforeseen costs after face-to-face consultations will be detailed for the client’s authorization.

Tests and Medical Conditions:

1. Test Responsibility:

Patients are responsible for providing any test required for the treatment. The charges for these tests, if not provided, must be paid in full by the patient.

2. Medical History Disclosure:

Patients must inform Eramteb of any prior treatments received. Failure to do so, resulting in cancellations or additional tests, incurs charges payable by the patient.

3. Personal Information Accuracy:

Patients affirm that all given information is true. Misrepresentation holds the patient liable for all legal fees.

Visa Application:

1. Visa Application Process:

Ermateb, based on patient requests, applies for visas on their behalf. The administration fee varies based on the patient’s country of citizenship. The patient must provide accurate personal information, and any misrepresentation leading to visa rejection is not Ermateb’s liability.

2. E-Visa Issuance:

The e-visa is applied when the patient pays the visa administration fee. The e-visa issuance is not guaranteed, and the procedure time varies.

3. E-Visa Charges

Patients may choose to have the visa stamped in their passports or issued electronically. A fee for visa issuance, based on the patient’s country of residence, must be paid.

Flight Bookings and Interpreters:

1. Flight Bookings:

Patients must not book any airplane tickets until the e-visa is issued. Ermateb is not responsible for penalties or damages if tickets are booked before the e-visa is secured.

2. Interpreter Services

The provision of a translator for your treatment is complimentary, and a language-appropriate interpreter will be assigned to you. In the event of any issues with the translator, the company will promptly notify you, and a replacement will be arranged if needed.

Transfer Services:

1. Transfer Responsibilities:

Airport pick-up and medical transfers for the patient and their companion come at no cost. Nevertheless, expenses will apply for non-medical situations, as well as for city or inter-city tourism. The patient will be duly notified of these incurred costs.

2. Luggage and Extra Charges:

Patients with more than two pieces of luggage must pay extra fees for transferring belongings. The type or condition of vehicles used for transfer is not guaranteed.

SIM Card and Cellphone Usage:

1. SIM Card Usage:

Patients receive a complimentary SIM card with limited data and minutes for the duration of their stay. Patients are responsible for ongoing recharge and compliance with Iranian laws.

Accommodation:

1. Accommodation Changes and Cancellation:

Hotels or accommodations cannot be changed or canceled before the patient’s arrival. Patients canceling or changing accommodations are responsible for one night’s fee. Ermateb may discontinue services with selected accommodations.

2. Check-in and Check-out:

Standard check-in is at 14:00, and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Charges apply if check-in or check-out times are not adhered to. Patients are responsible for any damages or service fees to accommodations.

Doctor Consultation and Visits:

1. Pre-Treatment Consultations:

Pre-visit online consultations with the medical advisory team and the respective surgeon are complimentary, allowing you to address any inquiries. If, it is determined that additional medical advice or consultations with other specialists are required, associated costs will be communicated to you. Therefore, it is essential to provide all relevant medical documentation to the Ermateb team ahead of your scheduled trip.

2. Post-Treatment Visits:

After arriving in Iran, a physical visit with the assigned doctor or clinic is scheduled. Post-treatment visits are contingent on specific tests and procedures.

Treatment Material and Devices:

1. Material and Device Selection:

Certain treatments may require specific materials or devices. Patients can discuss and select these materials during the treatment inquiry. Changes to these materials incur fees payable by the patient.
Following the doctor’s appointment, if an additional surgery is required in addition to the initially requested procedure, you will be informed of the associated cost along with a comprehensive breakdown of the expenses.

Nurse and Caregiver Services:

1. Certified Nurse Services:

Certified nurse charges vary based on hours, days, and services provided. Caregivers accompany patients during recovery and incur hourly or daily charges.

2. Caregiver Limitations:

Caregivers have limited abilities and are restricted to accompanying patients during recovery. Additional fees apply for services exceeding 24 hours.

Meal and Food Provisions:

1. Meal and Food Arrangements:

Meal arrangements are based on patient appetite and medical conditions. Patients with specific requirements or allergies must inform Ermateb in writing. Ermateb is not responsible for patient meals unless agreed upon.

Change of Trip Plan:

Patients cannot change or withdraw from the treatment plan without written consent from Ermateb. Ermateb is not responsible for patient safety if they leave or withdraw during the treatment plan, and no refunds will be issued.

Currency Exchange:

Ermateb offers currency exchange services at its rate for Euro or USD dollars. Only USD bills printed from 2011 are accepted. The exchange rate for older bills is less than the daily rate, and 500-euro bills are not exchangeable.

Recovery Rooms:

Recovery rooms are offered upon request. After being released to the recovery area, patients may choose to be transferred to a hotel, stay overnight in the recovery area (with associated fees), or stay in a private recovery room (with associated fees).
It is advisable for every patient to be accompanied by a companion who will provide support during their post-operative recovery at the hotel. In the absence of a companion, Ermateb company will arrange for a 24-hour nurse to attend to the patient based on the required days for post-operative care. The nurse’s expenses, including their accommodation, will be calculated, and the patient will be informed of the associated costs.

Allergies and Insurance:

Ermateb is not responsible for allergies resulting from prescribed medications or any allergies patients experience during their stay. Complimentary travel insurance is provided to patients receiving treatments from Ermateb.

Payment and Deposit:

1. Visa Application Deposit:

The deposit for the VISA application reference number is non-refundable if the visa is rejected.

2. Doctor/Clinic/Hospital Appointments:

Patients must pay a deposit for scheduling doctor, clinic, or hospital appointments. The patient is responsible for the transaction fees of bank transfers, online payments, or PayPal transactions.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

Refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before scheduled appointments will not be issued unless due to emergencies. All refunds are subject to a 12% administration fee.

Liabilities and Force Majeure:

Ermateb, as a leading health tourism facilitator, prioritizes transparency and accountability. While we strive to provide seamless and exceptional services to our clients, certain circumstances beyond our control may impact the planned programs and services. It is important to understand the limitations outlines in our Liabilities and Force Majeure policy.

Delays and Alterations:

Ermateb shall not be held liable for any delays or alternations in the program, or for expenses incurred, whether directly or indirectly. These events may include but are not limited to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, transport disruptions, adverse weather conditions, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any other untoward incidents.

Loss, Injury, or Damage:

We expressly disclaim liability for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or otherwise, arising in connection with accommodation, transportation, or other services provided. This disclaimer extends to situations resulting directly or indirectly from acts of GOD, dangers, fire, accidents, machinery or equipment breakdowns, transport disruptions, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Contractual Agreement:

The signed terms and conditions documents, along with the payment receipt of any amount from the patient/participant, constitute a binding contract between Ermateb and the participant/patient. It is imperative that participants/patients carefully review and understand these terms and conditions, as they govern the relationship between the parties. By engaging our services, participants/patients acknowledge and agree to the term outlined in these documents.
